Today I toured Brown University's campus for the second time. Before we only toured the campus, but we an information session with an admission officer at the beginning. It was contained a lot of the same generic admission info, but it did provide a perspective of admissions from the eyes of an actual admissions officer. As for the campus tour, it was pretty nice. The weather had changed to sunny after being forecasted to be rainy all week, which was great. Since I had already gone to Brown before, most of the things that were said were the same, but I still enjoyed seeing the buildings again. I'm still a bit confused on where everything is located, but I bet I will get the hang of it once I get to Brown. One difference between this tour and the other one I went on was that we actually entered a building. Last time, we only walked around on the outside, but today our tour guide just went straight into one of the academic buildings, which showed another side of Brown I hadn't seen before. Also, there were way more students walking around than last time. Before, lots of Brown students were on the main green chilling, but today, they were actually walking and studying more. I guess that's what you get to see when you go during the school year. Overall, I really enjoyed the Brown experience, and hopefully I can come to the campus many more times afterward.
