First time cleaning dentures in a while.

Back at it again! I know it's been a long time since we did our last denture cleaning, but now we are back. Today was actually really productive, probably because we hadn't cleaned the people's dentures in a couple of weeks. I'm not sure about the exact number, but we cleaned a lot more than usual, which is very good for us. The more, the better.
As for what happened today, I personally cleaned three sets of dentures. The first one is from the lady on the first floor who I have gotten pretty close to. She always manages to joke around, and I enjoy cleaning her dentures. It's way easier to clean for someone you know versus someone who you don't know. But I guess this applies to all people. The other two people I cleaned were surprisingly nice. The man's dentures I cleaned on the second floor was on his bed, so I planned on not cleaning his dentures. But I saw him turn his head, and I decided to approach him. You know, never hurts to try. Well, he gladly gave his dentures, and I cleaned it for him. But the funny thing about this incident is because he was the only person on the second floor that we cleaned. Had I ignored his head turn, we would have had no patients on the second floor to clean, which is never a good sign. The last lady I cleaned for was more social than I thought she would be. Typically, these elderly people at the nursing home aren't the most talkative, but this lady talked freely and openly. When I first went to grab her dentures, she was socializing with some other members of the nursing home, and on the way to her room, she kept on talking to me! Most people at the nursing home usually just stare at me blankly, but it was good to know that at least this lady was social enough to talk to me. Well, that's it for today. More work, but still enjoyable.
