School Stories: Part 26

My final year of basketball for my high school team is starting strong. The first official practices are starting on December 2, but captain's practices have already been starting this week. I worked harder than usual this summer, especially on my defense, so I'm really excited to start playing with the team. I work hard at these practices, and to me they're really fun. Should I be focusing on other things other than basketball? Probably. But if I'm anyways playing basketball, might as well try hard. As for the other things that happened today, my mom bought our class Crumbl cookies for the awards ceremony (1st term awards). But as home ec, we made chocolate chip cookies as well, which was kind of a weird coincidence. Either way, I enjoyed both the Crumbl and homemade cookies.
