School Stories: Part 46

Today, we had basketball games that was a long ways from our school. It was more than an hour drive, but it was worth it in my opinion. Both the girls and boys teams played the same school, but only the other girls team was competitive. Since my brother and I record my sister's games, I almost always am at the games, and today was a good one. Especially on defense. Like every single girl that played played good defense. Overall, it was a lowish scoring game, but we came out with a win. For the boys, we already knew that we would smoke them, and we did exactly that. I played a little, but I only took one shot. It was the same brick I seem to do every time I play in the game: a 3-point shot on the left wing that always seems to hit the backboard (like I overshoot and hit the other side of the backboard, not chuck it up and land it far off from the rim). No matter how well I shoot in warm-ups, I always end up overshooting in game. Oh well, hopefully I can score again this season, but I just don't know if that's gonna happen with the regular season coming to the close at the end of the week.
